Precautions for installation of roller guide shoe
1. Check the installation of the guide rail. If the step deviation and gauge deviation at the junction do not meet the requirements, adjust them first;
2. Check whether the clearance of the pliers meets the standard requirements, and the clearance on both sides of the wedge block shall not be less than 2-3mm;
3. The jaw of the tong shall be aligned with the jaw of the roller guide shoe, and the clearance between the top surface of the two ports and the top surface of the guide rail shall not be less than 5mm;
4. The guide shoe roller shall be vertical to the guide rail surface, and the middle roller shall be aligned with the top surface of the guide rail;
5. The large pressure of the roller guide shoe shall not exceed 25Kg, and the pressure on each roller shall not exceed 12.5Kg. If the roller pressure is too large to be adjusted, the static balance and dynamic balance of the car must be re balanced;
6. After the installation, the guide rail must be carefully cleaned to ensure that there is no oil stain on the surface of the guide rail.
